Three years ago I had a Laptop that gave out on me. I took it to the Best Buy store in Birmingham where I had purchased it and asked them to fix it for me. After evaluation of it the Best Buy store told me it would cost more to repair it than buying a new one. I could not afford to buy a new Lap top at the time so I thanked them and left. One week later I was at home and asked my son to look at it (Co-owner of Common Sense Tech). He took it apart in about 15 minutes and found that it needed a new internal battery. The battery cost me $3.50 and the Laptop has worked fine ever since. I went back to Best Buy in Birmingham and let them know the solution.
